Litigation Z

Litigation Z: The Trial Advocacy Book for Generation Z

COMING SOON!

Litigation Z is the trial advocacy book for today’s students. Focusing on the unique characteristics of Generation Z – how they learn, what motivates them, and how they communicate, Litigation Z teaches oral trial skills to “digital natives” in a way they can best understand. Litigation Z tailors the intake and processing of information about trial advocacy skills, then helps today’s students apply the concepts to speaking in court through the lens of how they see and communicate with the world.

From an advocacy teacher’s standpoint, Litigation Z helps understand how to best communicate oral trial skills. After all, most advocacy teachers are NOT from GenZ! Litigation Z bridges that gap, and makes the advocacy teaching and learning process much more cohesive and effective.

Litigation Z is in development, and is expected to be published in 2020.
